Q1 - Can I return an item/cancel a delivery?

Yes, we’ll be pleased to take back any items that are in a reusable condition within 5 working days of delivery.     

You can arrange collection by emailing us at hello@weselltimber.co.uk or calling 0121 557 8838 with your order number and product details. The return of perishable items (i.e. Cement and Plaster) will not be accepted. We do not return any Concrete Products (i.e. Concrete Slotted Posts, Gravel Boards etc)

Please note that our minimum charge for this collection service is 20% of the order value and may be more depending on your location and product type. Once the products have been returned, you will be refunded within 7 working days.

To cancel a delivery please call us on 0121 557 8838 or email us directly on hello@weselltimber.co.uk Please call us 24 hours before delivery where we can issue a new date for delivery or a full refund, which you shall receive within 5 working days. 

Q2 - Will I receive a re-stocking charge? 

If we do accept a return of the products, they must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of the date of delivery to you. You can arrange collection by emailing us at hello@weselltimber.co.uk or calling 0121 557 8838 with your order number and product details. Please note that we may deduct a restocking charge of 20 percent from the amount of your refund plus a collection charge. You will not be charged a restocking fee if you cancel your order 24 hours before delivery under your Consumer Cancellation Rights.

Q3 - How do I return a faulty or damaged product?

We'll be pleased to give you a refund or exchange if you tell us about the problem within 5 days of delivery.
